I have the pleasure of working as a craniosacral, massage, lymphatic drainage and lymphoedema therapist.  Over the years of working in private practise and in public health and formerly as tutor of massage and other body therapies, I’ve observed that our expression of health is affected by our thoughts, life experience, and environment.

I have also observed that even at the most challenging of times we are able to access our resources and a deeper level of health.  Hippocrates the father of Western medicine understood this well when he wrote "Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work." 

By working holistically, we are able to overcome a wide range of health concerns and experience physiological, psychological and energetic health.

I created Intouch Health and Intouch Lymphatics to inspire and support people on their journey to health. I believe that with the gentle application of body therapy, we become more embodied, whole and aware of our innate vitality.
